English PM Tony Blair has gone ahead and said publicly what alot of people think: "black culture" is the cause for violence. Never mind that England is steeped in hundreds of years of bloody colonizations and war.
Never mind that England is completely embarassed by, but still condones their ignorant hooligans in most interenational soccer stages.
Forget that. Let's blame Biggie Smalls .
